Send the URL or files, the problem, your desired result and deadline. We confirm deliverables, exclusions, acceptance checks and payment terms before work begins.
02 · Review a working preview
Check the agreed pages and interactions. You receive a concise change list and can use the included revision before the production launch.
03 · Check the launch
Verify the agreed URLs, HTTPS, navigation, responsive layout and contact links. A migration includes a documented rollback path.
04 · Take ownership
Receive the source, deployment instructions and a record of completed checks. Delivery includes 7 days of corrections for defects within the agreed scope.

Will I own the files and hosting account?
Yes. Customer work is handed over to your own account. Keep control of billing and grant only the access required for the agreed work.
Can you guarantee a performance score or sales?
No. We agree technical acceptance checks. Traffic, conversions, revenue and third-party performance scores are not guaranteed.
How is AI used?
AI tools assist with code and documentation. Deliverables are checked against the agreed scope. Tell us about any data or tooling restrictions before sharing materials.
How do payment and refunds work?
Payment method, milestones and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Marketplace projects stay within the marketplace's payment process. Do not send payment until you receive a confirmed scope.
